Wounds Plus is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality wound care to all individuals, regardless of background or circumstance. In compliance with applicable federal civil rights laws, Wounds Plus and its affiliates do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, creed, language, disability, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and/or veteran status in the admission, treatment, participation in, or receipt of services and benefits under any of its healthcare programs and activities. This policy also extends to staff and provider assignments, whether services are delivered directly by Wounds Plus or through contracted entities.

Wounds Plus ensures that individuals with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency have equal access to our programs, services, and activities. We will provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services free of charge and in a timely manner. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Qualified sign language interpreters

• Written materials in alternative formats

• Foreign language interpreters

• Translated informational documents

How to File a Complaint

If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with Wounds Plus services, you may file a grievance within 60 days of the incident by contacting:
